A small team of senior specialists builds the solution in short cycles. At times coordinated with you, you review demos, try out the progress and decide which adjustments to prioritize in the next delivery.

Operate
Once the solution is in use, we agree on who will run it. SGS can support you with managed services, on-call coverage and improvements within the contracted scope, or coordinate the handover so your team takes over operations.
