Integrations & ETL

Connect your systems so data is entered only once

If sales records an order and the warehouse has to copy it into another tool, a mismatch in the product code can delay shipping. An integration lets the order reach the warehouse system in the format that system needs.

How we help

We connect your tools through their interfaces (APIs). When something happens, such as a confirmed sale, that event can trigger the data transfer. If the systems use different formats, we apply an ETL process: we extract the source data, transform it and load it into the destination. We protect the transfer and keep a log to trace every shipment of data.

An example

Your store confirms a purchase of two units of a product. The integration converts the store code into the one the warehouse uses and sends the quantity to prepare the shipment. If the order does not show up, the team can check the log to see at which step it stopped.

What your company receives

When the project ends, your team has:

  • Data exchange flows set up between the agreed systems.
  • A document that maps source and target fields and explains the transformations applied.
  • Run and error logs to review the data's path and resolve failures.

Which data does your team copy by hand?
